We are accustomed to having a laid back life, not wanting to eat right, or leading a healthy lifestyle. There is strong and scientific evidence that healthy lifestyle choices make a positive impact on life and often greatly impact our physical, emotional, and mental health.

It also helps your body to lose excess body fat, lower cholesterol, improve eyesight, improve lean muscle, and improve bone density. You can start with a simple 30-minute dancing, enroll for a Zumba or aerobic class, walk to the nearest park, or do 30-minute yoga practice in your living room. Practitioners recommend doing your physical activities in the morning when your body and mind are feeling fresh and give you energy for the rest of your day.
